Everyday was founded by lifelong friends Katie Griffin and Julie Downey, two Dave Matthews Band fans who have spent the last 27 years building careers, friendships, and a shared passion for real estate.
 

The name Everyday was inspired by one of our favorite Dave Matthews songs, but it also reflects what we know to be true about this business: success isn't built in the big moments alone, it's built in the everyday. The follow-ups, the paperwork, the marketing, the deadlines, the client care, and the countless details that keep a real estate business moving forward.
 

Together, we've worked in virtually every corner of the real estate industry. From listings & buyers, to operations, transaction management, coaching, leadership, and agent support, we've seen firsthand how the everyday responsibilities of running a business can pull agents away from the work they love most.

Katie leads the day-to-day operations of Everyday, providing transaction coordination, listing coordination, and marketing support that helps agents stay organized, efficient, and focused on serving their clients. Julie brings her years of industry leadership, coaching, strategic guidance, and market expertise to help shape the vision and growth of the company.
